A follow up to the postings on erroneous
appearances of the precincts: Precincts also appear in the label field for
choosing district in the SOVC (with precinct categories AND in reverse order,
curiously, i.e. Absentee is listed, then Absentee Category, then Precinct 3,
then Precinct 2, then Precinct 1, then Polling Precinct Category).
