When entering and positioning new races by changing the race
ID number, and an existing Race ID number is chosen in error, a database
message comes up informing the user of the mistake and offering to RETRY OR
CANCEL. RETRY continues to try the error with no success.
CANCEL must be used and a non-conflicting ID number must be
used. PROVIDING NO CANDIDATES HAVE BEEN ENTERED.
If the Race ID number is a duplicate and entered in error
and candidates are also entered, there is no way back. After
RETRY and CANCEL then EXCEPTION. The only way out is the three
fingered salute to end task.
