My fault. Like
the HTML flag, number of precincts and number reporting are not available in
SOVC, just in Summary. The two columns will be eliminated in 1.17.7.
It would be a nice option feature though; consider it on the plate, just
not for Nov.
Folks, this is a
relatively serious bug since anyone with 1.17 GEMS will have to explain to
election adiministrators why the field is zero on election night. Upgrade
if you can.
