specified network name is no longer available, AV2 server
When an upload for
AVTS fails due to a network failure (like timeout), then on GEMS side there is
the following in the logs:
- Prologue "The
specified network name is no longer available." on w.x.y.z
- Internal Error

I came across this
while doing log printer testing, but it happens with previous 1.17 releases
before the log changes as well.
