Right-clicking on a race displayed in the list view in GEMS
1-11-13 will display Add Race, Edit Race and Delete Race in the pop-up
menu. Add Race is disabled and should be enabled.
You threw me for a moment there. The menu item
is enabled (ie, not grayed), it just doesn't
do anything when clicked. Similarly
with header, base precinct, report precinct, district, and
vcenter.
Not sure what we really want to do here, especially
for the 1.11 series. Sure, adding a race to the list view when the race
root tree item is selected makes sense. But what if they were
instead looking at the race tab of some selected report precinct in the tree
view? You can't add a race dirctly to a report precinct, you need a
district.
If the option doesn't make sense, take it
out.
