No, it
doesn't. See posting guidelines. Post a toy database that
demonstrates your problem, or enough information to otherwise reproduce
it. Bonus points for finding out which release broke the expected
behaviour, so we can roll back the change if necessary. In this case
I suspect nothing is wrong, but I can only guess at this
point.
As an aside,
increasing race margin isn't going to give you any more room for
write-ins. The two have nothing to do with one
another.

am trying to get some room under write in
line - margin at 10 should do it - even with the write in text
taken out - work around was to put 2 carriage returns in the write in
text box - that put space under write in line and brought line up so
it didn't sit on race line -
Does that tell you more - or just complicate
things?
