It was weird - I started all over and
programmed some 4k from the normal card reader on the poll book - then I
took a 4k card and downloaded a card encoder for spyrus - then I voted
with the 4 k cards - then i loaded spyrus with the card encoder - then was
able to clear and create new 4k voter cards form the spyrus
it was like the clear button was stuck and I
couldn't clear any 4k cards until i cleared one of the ones I had created on the
regular pollbook
then I could clear and create on the 4k cards
from the spyrus
