keyboard stops working after write-in if voted by screen
Came across this
while fixing "Write-in vote cancel buttons 0 vs *". Under VIBS with no
hide window, If you vote a write-in candidate by touching the screen, and then
vote or cancel the write-in using the keyboard, the keyboard no longer works
until you touch the screen again. Fix in 4.1.9.
