The election night display screen that will be shown in over
40 Canadian Council Chambers October and November should say Polls
Reporting X/XX, it currently says Precincts Reporting X/XX.
THERE ARE NO PRECINCTS
IN CANADA.
Could this please be included in some type of
Locale.ini.
