Could
the Ward drop-down list be increased in size (or possibly scalable) in the
3-13-2 poll book in order to accomodate jurisdictions with large early
voting/absentee vote centers. Programming a voter card by selecting 1 of
roughly 5000 precincts at an LA early vote center becomes cumbersome with a
4-precinct list size.
