A report is required indicating for which vote centers election results have been manually entered, irrespective of vote center count method.  Currently, the Manual Entry Status Report lists only the manually entered vote centers with count method 'Manual Entry'. 
 
Are they just looking for something along the lines of the existing manual entry status report for those results which have been manually modified?
