Printing ballots in database containg sequence numbers

GEMS 1-5-2 & 1-5-3

Database contains 5 sequences of one ballot.  In Print Artwork, the "By
Sequence" is not checked but always prints the 5 sequences.
I changed databases, logged off, asked the customer to try, all with the
same result.  There should be only one card printed instead of 5.
