1.5.8 and clearing memory cards and decks

Clearing memory cards with the upload dialog or decks in the central count
dialog is broken in 1.5.8.  You can clear all totals with Reset Election
however.  I will have a fix out later today.

1.5.2 does not have this problem, so roll back to that release if you can in
the mean time.
