Nel has found a minor bug in the 1.195d roms (and most
likely the 1.94 roms) when downloading. The situation is when a number of
download attempts fail (or are aborted by the user) and then are retried, the
Accu-Vote will finally fail with a 'Port Error' message. This I assume is
due to the system not closing the port. The solution is to simply turn off
and on the unit and start the download again.
Guy can you please check into this.
