As a follow up to this, does VTS currently support landscape
ballots? Where was the last place we ran an election in that
configuration, and who was the project manager? I am not talking about
proportional voting, just landscape. Supporting this in GEMS is not that
difficult (probably less than a week). I just want to have an idea of
where this will be usefull.
