Tom, from the Region III office, is doing modem transmission testing from the Fairbanks precincts.  We are testing the modems to ensure that they hunt for an open line.  He is transmitting twice from each precinct.   One of the precincts he got a message that the transmission was successful, yet I did not receive them here in Juneau.  The modem never went from yellow to green, it stayed yellow saying that an Accu-Vote was on-line.  Any explanation why this happened?
