* What GEMS version do they have.
* Can they reproduce this.
* How are you making the phone system hunt for an open line.  Are you using
the special (ROB CHEN) twisted phone lines that produce a busy signal.
* What AccuVote Rom Version are you using.

Tom, from the Region III office, is doing modem transmission testing from
the Fairbanks precincts.  We are testing the modems to ensure that they hunt
for an open line.  He is transmitting twice from each precinct.   One of the
precincts he got a message that the transmission was successful, yet I did
not receive them here in Juneau.  The modem never went from yellow to green,
it stayed yellow saying that an Accu-Vote was on-line.  Any explanation why
this happened?
