When upgrading any
accounts to Internet Explorer 5.0

If you find it does not work, you are probably missing the Java Virtual
Machine. Microsoft has decided
that it is easier if you download it from their site than have it bundled with
the software. You can download the
JVM from here http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm32.htm
