If the memory card battery voltage is
marginal, then you could get different results from different units (i.e., each
AV unit could have slight variations in its detection threshold).
Slight variations up or down in the
battery voltage right at the threshold where we see the battery as low
can cause the telephone pole symbol to toggle on the same
machine.

OK, I'm consistently getting the battery Icon
when inserting the memory card into one of the AccuVoter I'm using to upload
memory cards. The other AccuVote is not giving this icon.
The icon stays on for just a moment and goes
away when the memory card is inserted after I respond YES to the Results Sent
OK, Send Another Question. Guy, doesn't this seem like its the AccuVote
more than the cards?
