FYI: The election was already
pre-loaded onto the AV-TS. Bob Urosevich tested it out here in
McKinney.
NOTE: If you attempt to use a
database that is not compatible with the currently loaded Ballot Station
software (3.10.22), then you will get a DLD error (Download
error).
