Presumably the intention is to clear the results.  In central count, results may be cleared by deleting batches.

You need to exit central count when you reset.  Same as upload.

How do you reset the Decks to zero in Central Count using a generic Batch Start Card? 

I ran through 7 small decks then I reset the election without success.
