I was under the impression that Ballot Station.exe 3.13.5 was
going to skip the "desktop" stage, and go straight to the "its OK to power off"
the ballot station. Was I misinformed? 3.13.5 behaves in the same
manner as prior revisions, requiring shutdown from desktop, although it has a
less confusing message to "close" for the day vs. the entire
election.
