New R-5 Unit with DYMO LabelWriter printer

I have received a
DYMO LabelWriter printer to hook up to a R-5 unit. The R-5 unit I
have, already had installed the LabelWriter printer on COM4. When I
go to print out a Test Page within Settings/Printers, it works fine.
However, when I try to print out a report within Ballot Station, I get
nothing. I have set the PrinterComPort Registry to COM4, but it does not
work. Has anybody done this yet???? Any
suggestions????
