LA database>Unset election/cards printed/cards layed
out>backed up db with new .gbf file name
Reset for Election. Got error message that "CE Services
could not be found" "Do you want to continue download?"
I wasn't downloading to my knowledge. Is this a bug or
is there an explanation or both?
