Hide "Exit Election" button if Post-Election mode..
Make "Close" button label consistent throughout the application.
Fixed problem when status text has not been cleared after canceling "Re-Load Election" dialog in "Results Accumulator" screen.
Fixed problem when voter card id to was not set to default value (0) when opening up the "Create Voter Card".
Remove "Cat" column from "View Ballots" screen.
Fixed problem when counters were not cleared when reset from post election to pre election mode.
Disable/enable magnify checkbox depending on the hide ballot checkbox state in create card dialog.
Fixed problem with Pre-Election Testing mode window remaining active when an election is deleted.
Fixed problem when typing in the precinct number did not work in CreateCardDlg.
In L&A Test, update page and pass number at the bottom of the screen after casting a ballot.
