The
attached database is from Lowndes Co., GA and the password is monster. They are using GEMS
1-11-8.
When
attempting to generate ballots, they continually receive the “Could Not Lay
Out All Ballots” message even after resetting artwork then attempting to
generate again.
I do
not have GEMS 1-11-8 and am not in a position to download it right
now.
When I
opened the database in GEMS 1-17-22 I did not experience this
problem.
