RE: Voter Card Encoder 1.1.3 loading challenge voter cards

They are reserved for VM and VH.  I am open to an alternate format if anyone wants to jump in with a strong opinion.

Two characters appear between the 'C' (for challenge) and Load? prompt on the Voter Card Encoder when programming a slot with a challenge voter card.  Once Enter has been pressed, the 'C' appears flush with the text 'Loaded.'  Could the 'C' be moved to the left, or are these spaces reserved?
