Now that I have your attention, you are probably already aware of this. I was comparing the printed Election Summary Report from 1999 to what I can generate today and I found the following. The printed 1999 report had on a line in each race "Ballots Cast/Reg. Voters 94915/259744 36.54%". With GEMS v1.18.11.0, when I select times, I get "Times counted 94915", this is OK. When I select times and Reg. Voters I get "Times counted 94915/259744 36.54%". Shouldn't the text read "Ballots Cast/Reg. Voters".
I can work around this bug with local.ini, but it is a pain having to change it, exiting GEMS and going back in, if I want to print the other version of the report.
I t also looks to me that the report layout has changed. Specifically, the printed report I have from 1999 has nothing between the title block and the race information. I cannot duplicate that without leaving information out from the race sections. I just want to confirm that this is correct.
